Summary

The article studies the relation between certain quality characteristics of blackcurrant cultivars and clones, and their suitability for freezing and preserving. Anthocyanins and ascorbic acid are to be taken in consideration. Comparison was made of five cultivars and five new clones of blackcurrant.
