Summary

THE FRUIT OF 2 CULTIVARS, BIALORUSSKAYA SLODKAYA AND DERLAY, AND OF2 CROSSBREEDS IN POLAND WERE INVESTIGATED. FRUIT OF THE OJEBYN CULTIVAR WAS CONSIDERED THE STANDARD. THE BEST FROZEN FRUIT WAS OBTAINED FROM THE FRUIT OF THE DERLAY CULTIVAR AND THE WORST FROM THE BIALORUSSKAYA SLODKAYA CULTIVAR. COMPOTES OBTAINED WERE OF EQUAL QUALITY FOR ALL FRUIT INVESTIGATED, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF BIALORUSSKAYA SLODKAYA, WHICH WERE INFERIOR.
