Summary

THE FOLLOWING RED-CURRANT CULTIVARS WERE STUDIED: FERTODI HOSSZUFURTU, MULKA, ROSETTA, STANZA AND TRAUBENWUNDER. THEIR FRUITS WERE COMPARED TO THE FRUIT OF THE STANDARD RED DUTCH CULTIVAR. THE BEST FROZEN PRODUCTS WERE OBTAINED F TRAUBENWUNDER AND RED DUTCH CULTIVAR FRUITS, AND THE BEST COMPOTES, FROM FRUITS OF THE MULKA AND STANZA CULTIVARS. PRODUCTS OBTAINED FROM THE FERTODI HOSSZUFURTU CULTIVAR FRUIT WERE OF THE LOWEST QUALITY.
