DESCRIPTION OF A NEW RAPID PROCESS FOR THE STABILIZATION OF TARTRATE IN WINES, IN WHICH COOLED SUPERSATURATED WINE FLOWS THROUGH A BED OF BITARTRATE CRYSTALS. SEVERAL STABILIZATION TESTS WERE CARRIED OUT. ADVICE IS GIVEN FOR ITS USE.
