Summary

The study investigated the relationships between temperature and the respiration rate of green asparagus (Asparagus officinalis var. altilis), cucumber (Cucumis sativus cv. Suyo) fruits, pakchoi (Brassica rapa, B. campestris, var. chinensis) and leaf lettuce (Lactuca sativa cv. M type hydroponics leaf lettuce winter). This relationship was illustrated using Arrhenius and Gore's equations. Variations of Q10 were also investigated.
