A SURVEY TO EVALUATE CONSUMER REACTION TO PREPARED FOODS THAT HAVE BEEN COOKED, REFRIGERATED AND WHICH ARE READY TO HEAT AND EAT. THE OBJECTIVE OF THE SURVEY WAS TO ESTABLISH CONSUMER INFORMATION WHICH CAN BE USED TO INCREASE THE SALES OF REFRIGERATED FOODS IN SUPERMARKETS. THE QUESTIONS IN THE SURVEY INCLUDED WHAT PROPORTION OF SHOPPERS WERE FAMILIAR WITH AND USED REFRIGERATED PREPARED DISHES, WHO MOSTLY USES THESE FOODS, WHAT ATTRACTS SHOPPERS TO THESE PRODUCTS AND HOW THESE FOODS WERE BEING USED.
