Results of a statistical survey conducted among French refrigeration engineers concerning the use of "final" refrigerants which are to replace CFC's. The analyses refer to: number of plants with R134a, R404A, propane/butane and ammonia; type of equipment concerned (new or existing); types (commercial or industrial refrigeration, air conditioning); capacities; degree of information given to installers about chlorine-free refrigerants as well as sources of information.
