PASTEURIZED MILK IS STORED AT 277 AND280 K (4 AND 7 DEG C) FOR 21 DAYS. DURING THIS PERIOD, CHEMICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSES ARE CARRIED OUT AS WELL AS SENSORIAL EVALUATION.
