SEVERAL DETAILS OF MECHANICAL RELIABILITY ARE MENTIONED. 3. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT REFRIGERATION PLANT SHOULD NOT BE DESIGNED FOR LONG LIFE BUT FOR ADAPTATION TO POSSIBLE FUTURE CHANGES IN STORAGE REQUIREMENTS.
