IT IS SUGGESTED THAT REFRIGERATION PLANT SHOULD NOT BE DESIGNED FOR LONG LIFE BUT FOR ADAPTATION TO POSSIBLE FUTURE CHANGES IN STORAGE REQUIREMENTS.
