IT IS POSSIBLE TO AVOID CONDENSATE FORMATION BY MAINTAINING THE SAME TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE COLD STORE, IE BY INTERMITTENT VENTILATION WITH OFF PERIODS OF 7-8 HOURS. WITH THE VARIETY DESIREE, IT IS POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN A REDUCTION OF 0.6-4.2% AFTER 5 MONTHS STORAGE. POST-HARVEST TREATMENTS WITH TE TECTO FLOWABLE AND TERMAZOL ARE CARRIED OUT TO CONTROL FUSARIUM SPP.
