DETAILS ARE GIVEN OF A 13,500 M2 MUSHROOM FARM DIVIDED INTO 30 CELLS AND PRODUCING 60 TONNES PER WEEK. CONDITIONED AIR IS DUCTED FROM ACENTRAL PLANT ROOM TO EACH CELL WHICH HAS TWO AIR HANDLING UNITS TO CONTROL DRY BULB AND COMPOST TEMPERATURES, RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND CO2 CONTENT. HARVESTED MUSHROOMS ARE PLACED IN A MOIST AIR COOLER TO RETAIN FRESHNESS AND MINIMISE WEIGHT LOSS, WRAPPED AND STORED UNDER REFRIGERATION PRIOR TO DISPATCH. G.R.S.
