Summary
The paper is based on a study done in 1977 in the United States. It is an analysis of costs and other factors in the delivery of frozen foods, refrigerated foods, and groceries at ambient temperatures in combined, or separate loads to restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets, corner cafes, etc. The analysis is based on local deliveries only from local warehouses.
