CONTINUING PREVIOUS WORK ON STORAGE FOR 12 MONTHS, LOBSTERS WERE STORED AT -40 DEG C FOR 13 AND 15 MONTHS, SOME INDIVIDUALLY IN ICE OR PLASTIC BAGS. THE RESULTS INDICATED NO SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGES IN FLAVOUR OR QUALITY BY STORAGE FOR 15 MONTHS. STORAGE IN ICE HAD SOME ADVANTAGE OVER THAT IN PLASTIC BAGS. C.R.F.
