Thermophysical properties of alternative refrigerant/lubricant mixtures.

Author(s) : GELLER V. Z., BURTON E. E.

Summary

Solubility data were measured using calibrated, constant volume cells. A modified capillary tube method has been used for the viscosity measurements. A set of thermodynamic models has been proposed for refrigerant/lubricant mixtures at the conditions of very limited thermophysical information about the lubricant oil. New methods have been considered for calculating viscosity of alternative refrigerants mixed with the synthetic lubricant oils.
