Summary
This annual report of the French Agency for Food Safety summarizes their activity since 2005. Through its network of 12 laboratories, the AFSSA leads studies on animal health and well-being, sanitary and nutritional safety of food products and dietary behaviour. The teams perform research and expertise activities in order to support the elaboration and application of health regulations. They also develop diagnostic prevention and treatment tools and methods.
