FOLLOWING A BIBLIOGRAPHICAL STUDY OF THE CONTAMINATION OF MINCED MEAT BY LISTERIA MONOCYTOGENES, THE MATERIALS AND TEST METHODS FOR CONTAMINATION OF THIS MEAT, ARE EXAMINED.
