THE POSSIBILITY OF FREEZING MILK AND MILK PRODUCTSAT 267 AND 255 K (-6 AND -18 DEG C) WAS INVESTIGATED AND FOLLOWED UP BY CHECKS ON QUALITY AND PROTEIN CONTENT. SHORT DURATION FREEZING DID NOT AFFECT QUALITY AND DETERIORATION DURING COLD STORAGE WAS MINOR. SENSORIAL COMPARISONS WITH FRESH PRODUCTS PROVED TO BE SATISFACTORY.
