Summary
The paper studies microflora (fungus) growing on apricots and its development, related to weight loss. Tests are performed at 1 and 20 deg C for 20 days, with varying relative humidities and with or without plastic packing. Microbial counts are taken at the beginning and at regular intervals. Examined mushroom species are described and weight losses for different cases are indicated.
