This video makes use of personal experience and examples in order to demonstrate that HFC-free refrigeration and air-conditioning is possible. Concrete examples in the following fields are provided: domestic refrigeration using hydrocarbons and insulation using vacuum panels; commercial refrigeration using hydrocarbons and ammonia, above all in indirect refrigerating systems; air-conditioning running on ammonia in an indirect refrigerating system; automobile air conditioning using CO2 technologies, hydrocarbons or "desiccant cooling"; refrigerated transport using methane or propane.
