Summary
Under controlled conditions, fruits were anlysed for total soluble solids, ascorbic acid, cumulative weight loss and market acceptability at weekly intervals. Significant differences were observed among cultivars with respect to chemical composition. Oskassh and KSP-3 had superior nutritional qualities. Among the storage conditions, controlled storage was considered best.
