AFTER TWO WEEKS STORAGE OF BOVINE MILK SAMPLES AT 255 K THE VIABILITY OF ISOLATES OF STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS WAS REDUCED BY 1.6%, THAT OF ESCHERICHIA COLI ISOLATES BY 9.7%, THAT OF STREPTOCOCCUS AGALACTIAE ISOLATES BY 12.5% AND THAT OF NON-AGALACTIAE STREPTOCOCCI ISOLATES BY 30.8%.
