Summary
Falling Film Chillers have been in usage for more than 60 years. These chillers are ideal for industries like dairy (milk and milk products), fish, meat and poultry, fruits and vegetables, production of baked goods, mushroom growing plants and soft drink production. Most food processing industries require the processed foods to be cooled down to 3-4 °C, and this can be achieved if they have chilled water at or near zero degree C.
