Type of article: Article
Summary
In an attempt to freeze-dry the virus of Carré disease the authors studied the possibility to improve its stability in time, using such cryoprotectors as: sorbitol, L-glutamine, trehalose and gelatin. They were particularly interested in the freezing, dehydration and rehydration stages of the freeze-dried vaccine.
