Summary
When 14 varieties were tested for their suitability for storage at subzero temperatures, intervarietal differences were found in loss of juice after freezing, and relatively good keeping quality was shown by varieties with a juice loss of 20.1 to 30%: Moldova, Asma, Shabash and Muskat Gamburgskii (Hamburg Muscat).
