Summary

This article is the Spanish translation of an article presented at the IIR meeting in Brisbane, Australia (see the Bulletin of the IIR, reference 1990-1504). Four sea products, representing an important part of the Australian market (shrimps, lobster tails, sea ears and orange roughy fillets) were packed in corrugated carton and then frozen in an air blast. The freezing times ranged from 9 to 16 hours.
