THE FRENCH PRODUCTION OF FROZEN MEAT PRODUCTS REACHED 86,500 T IN 1982. A TABLE GIVES THREE TYPES: GROUND MEAT, MEAT CUTS, PRECOOKED MEAT PRODUCTS. FROZEN GROUND BEEF IS A COMMON PRODUCT. MEAT CUTS ARE ONLY FOR COMPLEMENTARY SUPPLY. THE PRODUCTION OF PRECOOKED MEAT PRODUCTS (5,200 T) INCREASED BY 10% BETWEEN 1981 AND 1982. G.G.
