A TABLE OF COMPARISONS OF VARIOUS BROILER CHILLING METHODS TO IMMERSION CHILLING INDICATES THAT CONTROLLED IMMERSION CHILLING AS REGULATED IN THE USA OR ACCORDING TO THE CODE OF PRACTICE IS STILL THE MOST EFFICIENT AND LEAST COSTLY METHOD.
