THE AUTHORS DESCRIBE THE SYSTEM ELABORATED BY LTIHP FOR AIR DISTRIBUTION IN COLD ROOMS FOR MEAT SEMI-CARCASSES EQUIPPED WITH COOLING UNITS AND CEILING AIR COOLERS. THE RESULTS OF INDUSTRIAL TESTS AND OPERATING EXPERIENCE SHOW THE WORKING SUITABILITY OF THIS SYSTEM. IT CAN BE RECOMMENDED ININDUSTRY FOR THE BUILDING OF NEW ROOMS AND THE RETROFIT OF EXISTING ROOMS FOR THE COLD TREATMENT OF MEAT CARCASSES.
