Each national position paper consists of six chapters: basic factors; energy and environmental policy relevant to heat pumps; heat pump technology status and research, development and demonstration; heat pump markets; possible international activities; discussion and conclusion of the national situation. These volumes can be obtained from the IEA or through the IIR.
