Summary
Great energy is saved by using the condensation heat for a thawing heat source. Only sensible heat is used for the air-cooled condenser. The temperature trend is simulated by computer during thewing and the temperature in the thawing room is controlled according to the result. High quality can be produced by computer control of the thawing room temperature.
