THE < AGROKHOLODPROM > SCIENTIFIC AND INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION ANALYZED THE RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS ON MASS LOSSES DURING CHILLING, FREEZING AND COLD STORAGE WITH RESPECT TO HEAT TREATMENT PARAMETERS. THE IMPORTANT PARAMETERS WERE INCLUDED IN MATHEMATICAL EQUATIONS FOR THE MODELLING OF HEAT TREATMENT PROCESSES WITH RESPECT TO MASS LOSSES.
