Summary
Results of microbiological analysis of crocodile meat from 2 breeds in Zimbabwe. Aerobic and faecal coliforms were counted. Salmonella and beta-hemolytic streptococci were isolated in 3 and 2 samples respectively. Yersinia, Aeromonas, S. aureus and B. cereus were not detected. Comments on microbiological quality of frozen meat.
