Optimising the design of conventional carcass chillers.

Author(s) : GIGIEL A.

Summary

There are several steps in the successful design of a chiller. The first is for the user to draw up a specification. The second is to turn this into an engineering specification, the basis of a contract with the installer. This also will be the basis of the detailed engineering design of the refrigeration system which, when the plant has been constructed, can be objectively established.
