Summary
On the base of product information on quality loss depending on temperature, quality on arrival and price, and operational data on distribution of temperatures and residence times as well as cost of conditioning at the point of sale, a calculation model can be built. It can supply indication of possible ways to optimize cost and quality in the end of cold chains for perishable products.
