Physical properties of fluorinated propane and butane derivatives and the vapour pressure of R245ca/338mccq mixtures as R11 alternatives.

Summary

Two new fluorinated propane derivatives, six new fluorinated butane derivatives, and the R245ca/338mccq mixtures are investigated as R11 alternatives. The investigations on the pure chemicals included measurements of the melting point, boiling point, vapour pressure below the boiling point, heat of vaporization at the boiling point, saturated liquid density, and critical properties (temperature and density). Results are given.
