Summary

THE OPTIMUM STORAGE CONDITIONS AND TIMES OF THESE FOODS, EITHER AS GRANULES FROM SWEDEN OR AS DRY COMPONENTS FROM USSR, WERE EVALUATED EXPERIMENTALLY. THE RESULTS SHOWED THAT, AMONGST THE TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS STUDIED, THE MOST FAVOURABLE FOR THE STORAGE OF BOTH TYPES OF FOOD ARE 277-279 K (4-6 DEG C), STORAGE IN COLD STORE WITH 45 TO 52% RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND THAT STORAGE IN THE STORES OF FISH PROCESSING PLANT, WHERE RATHER GREAT TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCES ARE OBSERVED, IS ABSOLUTELY INADMISSIBLE.
