THE EXPLOITATION AND USE OF THREE KINDS OF FISH (NAVODON MODESTUS, LOPHIOMUS LITULON AND TRICHIURUS HAUMELA) EXPLAIN HOW FOODSTUFFS ARE PREPARED BY USING UNDERUTILISED SPECIES OF FISH. GUTTED, HEADED AND SKINNED NAVODON MODESTUS AND LOPHIOMUS LITULON CAN BE FROZEN. WITH THE FILLETS ONE PREPARED SEASONED DRIED PRODUCTS, MINCE, SUBSTITUTES, CONCENTRATED PROTEIN AND SPECIAL PRODUCTS SUCH AS DEHYDRATED FISH FIBRES AND FRIED SLICES IN SAUCE. FISH SAUCE AND PASTE ARE PRODUCED WITH WASTES AFTER PROCESSING OF NAVODON MODESTUS AND LOPHIOMUS LITULON. FOR THE USE OF CONCENTRATED FISH PROTEIN, THE AUTHOR TESTED THE PRODUCTION OF PHARMACEUTICALS AND NUTRITIONAL FOOD PRODUCTS.
