Summary

The method of freezing time prediction for different products recommended by the IIR in 1986 is discussed. Using this method a number of freezing time predictions were made. The results were mathematically analyzed and the need for more accuracy is emphasized. An erratum to this article appears in Chlodnictwo, vol. 33, n. 2, p. 13 (see IIR Bulletin 99-1, ref. 99- ).
