THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT WERE TO DETERMINE METHODOLOGIES. THE INITIAL PHASE OF THIS PROJECT, WHICH IS REPORTED IN THE PAPER, CONSISTED OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TEMPERATURE MONITORING PROCEDURE FORTHE STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION AND RETAILING STEPS OF FOOD DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS. SOLVING THE PROBLEM CAN BE DIFFICULT ; SOME OF THESE PROBLEMS ARE DISCUSSED.
