THE AUTHORS PRESENT THE RESULTS OF TESTS ON THE FREEZING AND FROZEN STORAGE OF WHITE LIVEX, DERIVATED FROM PIG BLOOD PLA THEY OBSERVED THAT THE FROZEN PRODUCT CAN BE A SUB-STITUTE TO AN EGG PASTE IN THE PRODUCTION OF CAKES AND TO A MEAT PASTE IN THE PRODUCTION OF PRECOOKED FOOD.
