FIVE STRAINS OF PSEUDOMONAS WERE GROWN AT 278 K (5 DEG C) ON STERILE BEEF. AFTER SEVEN DAY INCUBATION, STUDY OF THE ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES OF MEAT AND GC-MS ANALYSIS OF THE COMPOSITION OF THE HEAD SPACE.
