Summary
Medium and high refrigerating capacities can be met by chillers and ice-machines, in order to suppy cold for district cooling systems. At the same time heat pumps with good efficiency can be made available. Simple storage of cold energy, small pipe dimensions and good heat transfer properties can be produced using water as a refrigerant by the "Binary Ice" system.
