THE ADVANTAGES OF HEAT PUMPS ARE REPORTED, AND A NEW AIR-CONDITIONING CHAMBER IS PRESENTED FOR WHICH THE DESIGN HAS BEEN IMPROVED AS FAR AS HYGIENE AND THE ACCESSIBILITY OF THE CONSTITUENTS ARE CONCERNED.
