THESE ARE GIVEN. LITTLE DATA IS AVAILABLE TO ASSIST REFRIGERATION ENGINEERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND EIRE IN THE DESIGN OF EFFICIENT FREEZING SYSTEMS FOR THIS PARTICULAR TRADE. THE MEAT RESEARCH INSTITUTE, LANGFORD, BRISTOL HAS SURVEYED THE PRESENT INDUSTRIAL PERFORMANCE IN TERMS OF ATTAINING REQUIRED FREEZING TIMES. RESULTS OF THE SURVEY ARE DESCRIBED IN DETAIL. C.R.F.
