EU and national texts concerning hygiene and those specifically covering quick-frozen food ensuring that many persons in the profession are aware of their responsibilities, increased cooperation between authorities, widespread use of the HACCP method and various actions in the field of quality or quality assurance have a common aim: better hazards control to ensure that the buyer obtains a healthy, high-quality product.
