TESTS ON THE STORAGE AT -25 DEG C OF FROZEN YOGURT SAMPLES CONTAINING OR NOT CONTAINING DEHYDRATED SKIMMILK OR STABILIZERS. IN THE THREE CASES, A SIGNIFICANT DETERIORATION OF THE ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITY OF YOGURTS IS OBSERVED AFTER THAWING.
