RENNET TOVROGS PACKAGED INDIVIDUALLY IN FOIL, CARTONS AND POLYETHYLENE WERE STORED AT -1, -5 OR -10 DEG C FOR 30 DAYS. THE VARIANTS WERE SUBJECTED TO EXAMINATION AND IT WAS CONCLUDED THAT LEAST CHANGES WERE IN TVOROGS PACKAGED INDIVIDUALLY IN FOIL IN 250-G PORTIONS. SUCH PACKAGES COULD BE STORED AT -18 DEG C FOR 6 MONTHS OR AT 268 K FOR 30 DAYS WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN QUALITY.
