TESTS TO ASCERTAIN THE PERMEABILITY OF A FOOD WRAPPING FOIL TO CALCIUM CHLORIDE BRINE DURING THE IMMERSION-FREEZING OF FOODSTUFFS. IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT A TWO-LAYER FOIL (PA/PE) IS A SUITABLE WRAPPING FOR IMMERSION-FROZEN FOODS.
