RESULTS OF ANALYSES CARRIED OUT ON 94 SAMPLES OF BEEF, PORK AND POULTRY MEAT. LISTERIA AND SALMONELLA ARE DETECTED RESPECTIVELY IN 22.3 AND 11.7% OF THESE SAMPLES.
