Summary
The paper presents the results of the analytical estimation of the efficiency of preliminary fish chilling systems on sea fishing ships and of comparing them with ice-slurry systems (chilling with binary ice). It shows the design of a chilling system with a binary ice accumulator and the procedure of determining its main characteristics.
